Adrian Magnus is a premium cigar company engaged in both the production and distribution of high-quality cigars. With a growing presence in the European and U.S. markets, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales & Distribution Manager to help us expand our global footprint and strengthen our partnerships across key international markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing international distributors.
• Identify and onboard new distribution partners in countries where the company is not yet present.
• Develop new markets near Serbia, such as Switzerland, Hungary, Croatia, and Montenegro.
• Lead contract negotiations and partnership agreements with distributors and retailers.
• Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent the brand during in-person meetings, trade shows, and business development trips.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and distribution processes.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in physical products.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, or distribution management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time across Europe.
• Fluent in English (C1 level) – both spoken and written.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
What We Offer
• Gross monthly salary: €1,500 – €2,000
• Performance-based commissions and bonuses, potentially up to €1,500 per quarter

Location
Preferred: Serbia or neighboring countries. Remote work is possible with regular travel for business purposes.
