What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies
Shape and execute robust B2B sales plans that align with our company goals in the tobacco industry. - Grow Our Client Base
Identify, approach, and cultivate relationships with prospective retailers and distributors nationwide. - Boost Sales & Revenue
Leverage your negotiation and sales techniques to drive growth and continuously increase revenue streams. - Stay Ahead of the Curve
Keep tabs on market trends and competitor activities to spot fresh opportunities for business development. - Report Your Progress
Provide regular insights and updates on sales performance to our management team.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the cigar industry.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
- Professionalism: Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities with an eagle eye for detail.
- Results-Driven Mindset: Determined to meet and exceed sales targets.
- On-the-Go Flexibility: Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to travel within your territory for client meetings and industry events.
