  • Keep track of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.

4. Sales Process Management

  • Maintain accurate sales records, customer profiles, and transaction details.
  • Use CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales pipelines.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.

5. Compliance & Regulations

  • Follow all legal and regulatory requirements related to tobacco sales.
  • Verify customer age and comply with local and international cigar sales laws.
  • Ensure responsible sales practices, including proper product handling and information disclosure.

6. Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
  • Analyze customer buying trends to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback on product demand, customer requests, and market opportunities.

7. Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Work closely with marketing to execute promotions and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.
  • Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes
